When it comes to scheduling, your time is just as valuable as ours. Our Team will coordinate with you to select days and times that are as convenient as possible. We encourage you to be as flexible as you can (Weekends are popular for viewings), to ensure more buyers can see your property.

Here are a few things you can do to make the most out of your viewings:

• Keep your house is clean and tidy.
• Remove personal items and clutter, this makes it easier for buyers to envision living in your home.
• Leave your home during viewings. Buyers tend to be uncomfortable if the owner is at the viewing.
• If possible, remove your pets. Take them for a walk, to a dog park, or a pet sitter.
• Ensure the exterior and walkway of your home is neat and tidy.

Viewings and open houses can be a little inconvenient, as your real estate team, we will do our best to minimize the disruptions. Our team will only bring in serious buyers, rather than the curious.
