A Ridgefield native and second-generation Realtor, Shaylene began her real estate career in 1991 at her family’s firm, Neumann Real Estate, where she played an integral role in the company’s growth and operations. Over the years, she managed everything from finance and IT services to launching the firm’s relocation department before transitioning full-time into residential sales in 2004.
As a former owner and partner of Neumann Real Estate, with offices in Ridgefield and New Fairfield, Shaylene helped position the firm as a local market leader.
