With a strong background in both military service and corporate leadership, Joe Kelley brings a unique and highly effective approach to real estate. After proudly serving in the United States Air Force—including deployments during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm—Joe transitioned into the corporate world, where he spent nearly two decades honing his expertise in leadership, coaching, and strategic management. He concluded his corporate career as the Vice President of Human Resources for Atlas Air in Purchase, NY, where he was known for his ability to build high-performing teams and foster positive, productive workplace cultures.
Joe’s transition into real estate was a natural progression, combining his leadership experience, people-first mindset, and lifelong passion for property. As a licensed Realtor in both Connecticut and New York, he now works alongside his wife, Shaylene Neumann Kelley, as a proud member of the Neumann | Kelley Properties Team at Houlihan Lawrence.
