I enjoy the lifestyle the Hudson Valley affords me. An avid gardener, the seasons offer a plethera of color and interest. Some of my favorite places to visit are the Walkway over the Hudson, Minnewaska state Park and Mohonk Mountain house. With the Culinary Institute of America nearby, many farm to table restaurants and cafes have opened in and around the Hudson Valley. This allows me to indulge the “foodie” in me as well as trying out new recipes and baking at home.
